If you’re not on the list, you’re not getting anywhere, and we’ll help you get on the lists of as many clients as you need. Then we’ll help you to put yourself in the best possible light with those clients in your efforts to win their business.
Saving Time and Money
One commitment we made to ourselves from the start: no-one needs to join Altius more than once. No separate schemes for different sectors, so no charging the same vendor two, three, four times. It’s simple: you pay a flat fee, with no hidden charges; we help you get on the approved lists of as many of our clients as you need to; then, to stay there, you just pay a reduced fee each year and make sure you keep your information up to date.
Reducing Duplication
If there’s one complaint we hear regularly, and can fully sympathise with, it’s about the time and money you have to spend providing the same information to different clients and assessment providers. Altius is committed to reducing this duplication. That’s why we’re members of SSIP, through which we recognise others’ health & safety assessments and they recognise ours. It’s also why we allow you to share your information and documentation with anyone you like, and why we give you the tools to do it. Slowly but surely, it’s making a difference.
Swift and Consistent Assessments
All our assessments are done in-house. Every one. That means no unnecessary delays or inconsistencies, just fair assessments swiftly carried out, the vast majority within 48 hours. And of course, all of our health & safety assessors are Nebosh qualified, but they’re also friendly, approachable, and not the least bit boring!
Aiming Higher
Target number one is to meet your clients’ requirements and get on their list. We’re here to help you get there, but that’s not all. Our “Aim Higher” programme is designed to help you to achieve new standards, promote your business, and save precious time and money.
Once you become Altius Assured, we’ll help you to use your achievement to promote yourself – the information and documentation you’ve put together for the assessment is yours to use with other clients, and we’ll give you the tools to do that. But we also want to help you to aim higher, to achieve new standards in CSR, customer service, and quality. We’ll point the way and give you the support you need to meet those goals.
One Size Doesn’t Fit All
At Altius, we know that every company is different. Different products and services, different clients, and a different way of doing things. That’s why our assessments are tailored to those differences. Where possible, we do it using technology, so that your questionnaires are built according to what you do and who you do it for. But at the end of the day, the actual assessment will be done by a real person, working with you to make sure the uniqueness of your business is fully reflected in the assessment we do.
